29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about April 19, 2018, at Woodward Millwork Group, the employer failed to ensure that the eyewash station was made readily available to employees who use chemicals such as but not limited to: Lacquer Thinner and Duracoat Pre-Catalyzed Lacquer Satin. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of eye damage.
