29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the working/walking surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support the employees safely: On or about April 2, 2018, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the ceiling joist in the attic spaces where employees were required to work were safe for the employees to walk on, exposing employees to fall hazards up to approximately 10 feet.
