29 CFR 1910.272(g)(4): The employer did not provide equipment for rescue operations which is specifically suited for the bin, silo, or tank being entered. This violation occurred on or about April 9, 2018, SEI Millwrights did not provide equipment for rescue operations for the employee who entered from the top of the bin and rappelled approximately 91 ft. to the bottom of the bin to clean out the old grain exposing employee to fall hazards.
