29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: Trojan Battery Company, LLC, Lithonia, GA - In the Oxide Department, operators performed cleaning of the lines, including but not limited to the reactors and screw conveyors. Information and training as required by the lockout/tagout (LOTO) program for the operators performing authorized work was not performed, on or about 4/17/18.
