29 CFR 1910.176(a): Use of mechanical equipment. Where mechanical handling equipment was used, permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: a) Polish Department Production Floor - On or about April 9, 2018 and times prior to, the employer did not ensure that employees walking between Polish Line 6 and Polish Line 7 were protected from forklift traffic traveling down the aisle way between the two polish lines, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
