29 CFR 1926.452(w)(6): Employees were allowed to ride on scaffolds while the following conditions existing: The surface was not free of obstructions as specified in paragraph (w)(6)(I) of this section, the height to base width ratio of the scaffold during movement was not two to one or less, as specified in paragraph (w)(6)(ii) of this section and outrigger frames, were not used or installed on both sides of the scaffold, as specified in paragraph (w)(6)(iii) of this section. Location: 163 Bloomfield Ave Verona, NJ 07044- 4th Floor a) Employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 6 feet while being moved on a mobile scaffold that; didn't have outriggers, had a height to base ration of approximately three to one, and had obstructions on the floor in direct proximity to the casters of the scaffold, on or about 4/10/18.
