29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(F): The process safety information did not include information pertaining to the design codes and standards employed. (a) Sugar City: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, the potato processing facility uses approximately 14765 lbs. of ammonia to freeze potatoes. The company could not demonstrate the design codes for ammonia system equipment including but not limited to the construction of the new compressor in Line B, holes in wall of Line B, and ammonia detector. Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.
