29 CFR 1910.307(c)(3): Equipment was not safe for the location in that it was not of a type and design that the employer demonstrated would provide protection from the hazards arising from the combustibility and flammability of vapors, liquids, gases, dusts, or fibers involved: On or about April 4, 2018, in the blasting areas on tracks 9 and 10, where employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from accumulated blasting dust when using electrical equipment that is not safe for the hazardous location.
