29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: 100 Simplex Dr, Westminster, MA On March 27, 2018 and at times prior, some folder gluer machines, including an International 6FX machine, did not have any methods of guarding on any of the four sides of the machine to protect employees from the rotating parts and ingoing nip points.
