29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about the 11 day period of March 6 - 20, 2018, there were no frequent and regular inspections being performed by a competent person in that rigging equipment, a powered industrial truck and adjustable elevated scaffolding was not being maintained and utilized in a safe condition.
