29 CFR 1910.26(c): Portable dockboards were not secured by anchoring them in place or using equipment or devices that prevent the dockboard from moving out of a safe position. When the employer demonstrates that securing the dockboard is not feasible, the employer did not ensure there was sufficient contact between the dockboard and the surface to prevent the dockboard from moving out of a safe position: a) On or about 03/14/2018 - Yard area, employees operating powered industrial trucks to unload bales of aluminum did not have the portable dock boards secured to the trailer.
