29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. (a) Site: In the production plant at 27 Nashua Street, Leominster, MA 01453, on 6/5/2018 employees did not receive retraining to ensure they understood the intended use of the energy control procedures, the steps to shut down and isolate the pneumatic energy control procedures, the verification steps in the energy control procedures, and the type and magnitude of the energy control procedures when they were authorized to perform energy control procedure for the following equipment: (a) Bobst SA, (b) XL-105 (c) M1000 Press Rear Splicer (a.k.a.
