29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: Stairway Area: On or about January 9, 2018, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, while installing drywall from a job-made platform constructed of wooden planks that were not at least 18 inches wide, which extended from the second story landing to the framing of the residential construction.
