29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish or implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: (a) Butane injection process: On or prior to 3/1/2018, employees perform maintenance on butane transfer pumps including greasing the bearing assemblies and cleaning the inlet strainers. The employer failed to establish written mechanical integrity procedures for these maintenance activities. (b) Butane injection process: On or prior to 3/1/2018, employees perform maintenance on butane tanks including replacing the butane tank temperature probes.
