29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about February 16, 2018, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in re-roofing and housekeeping work activities, working at a height greater than six (6) feet above ground level, were provided fall protection training. This exposed the employees to the fall hazards.
