29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii): a) Building B, on the roof, on or about and times prior to February 14, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were trained by a competent person on the fall protection requirements when conducting roofing activities, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard up to approximately 30 feet.
