29 CFR 1910.179(m)(1): A thorough inspection of all ropes were not being made at least once a month: a) Hydro Laboratory- On or about February 15, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that the running ropes on the East and West Cranes were inspected monthly and that inspection certification records were maintained. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
