29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks: 1) Production Area: On or about February 15, 2018, and at times prior, the employees exposed employees to a laceration hazard, in that the Bridgeport drill press model 123389 and serial J125740 was not equipped with a guard, exposing employees to a serious laceration hazard from rotating bit and chuck.
