29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(8)(i): Labels were not affixed to all products containing asbestos and to all containers containing such products, including waste containers: At this worksite, employees carried out Class I asbestos removal from plant equipment, pipes, and buildings. The employer provided a roll-off dumpster for asbestos-contaminated waste disposal. The dumpster was not labeled with the required signage.
