29 CFR 1926.452(w)(3): Manual force used to move the scaffold was not applied as close to the base as practicable, but no more than 5 feet above the supporting surface. This requirement is applicable to general industry work per 29 CFR 1910.27: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by and fall hazards of 5' 4" while occupying mobile scaffolds while they are moved. This was most recently documented at 2314 E Hwy 30, Grand Island, NE 68802 inside the areas of service bay 4 on or about February 2, 2018 and at times prior when an employee stood on a mobile scaffold platform, and pulled the scaffold along the side of a semitrailer.
