29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: On or about 1/24/2018, in the transfer loading area at 7515 Industrial Blvd, Macon, GA: Employees walking and working on the tops of the trailer being loaded with the product with unprotected sides and edges were exposed to a fall hazard at about 12 feet five (5) inches to ground level. The employer failed to ensure protective equipment was used to protect the employees from fall hazard.
