29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: a) At the job site, employees who were exposed to fall hazards while accessing and working on a roof with a 25 foot peak height had not been provided the required fall protection training, on or about December 20, 2017.
