29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: (a) Funeral Home - Embalmers had not been provided respiratory protection training where they were required to use tight-fitting respirators to protect against exposure to formaldehyde- based products used during embalming operations, on or about January 10, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
