29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or ore above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and safety monitoring system: a) On or about December 14, 2017, employees performing roofing work on a low-slope roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately fifteen (15) feet without the benefit of fall protection.
