29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a. Where maintenance work was conducted on equipment such as, but not limited to, silk screen printing presses, a maintenance man was not provided authorized lockout/tagout training, such as on the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
