29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: On or about December 3, 2017, at 4101 Perdue Road, Pineville, LA, an employee was in the process of trouble shooting a G.E.M., and locking out the machine, but the employee had not been trained to recognize hazardous energy sources associated with the G.E.M. wheel.
