29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces were maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a. Bunting Bearings, LLC located in Delta, Ohio: On or about December 8, 2017, the employer did not ensure the walk way behind the Bruger horizontal caster, located in building #3, was free of tripping hazards. Employees use this area to access pneumatic and water shut off valves on the caster and are exposed to the trip hazards caused by the hydraulic and water lines running across the floor.
