29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). Location: Intersection of Turnpike Street & Maple Street, Stoughton, MA On of about November 30, 2017 employees were exposed to cave-in hazards while working in a 8 foot deep trench that had straight cut walls, with no cave-in protection.
