29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work is performed near or on equipment or circuits which are or may be energized. The specific safety-related work practices shall be consistent with the nature and extent of the associated electrical hazards: (a) RO/DIWATER Chiller Area: On or about November 15, 2017, employees accessing and performing trouble shooting on or around energized electrical circuits and equipment did not employ electrical safety-related work practices when trouble shooting Cober E3327 Magnatron microwave circuits located in cabinet number two (2). This exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
