29 CFR 1910.212(b): Anchoring fixed machinery. Machines designed for a fixed location shall be securely anchored to prevent walking or moving. a. On or about 11/14/2017 in the Welding Shop, employees were exposed to an Ultra-Tow Crane that was not securely anchored to the welding table it was sitting on. The crane was being held in place by a c-clamp. b. On or about 11/14/2017 in the Welding Shop, employees were exposed to a Strongway Crane that was not securely anchored to the welding table it was sitting on. The crane was being held in place by two c-clamps.
