29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) On or about November 7, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from caught in hazards associated with the unguarded chain and sprocket on the side of the Warco mechanical power press (press #19) that was 77" from the floor. Employees are in the area performing work while the press is in operation.
