29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A): Vehicles or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of their structures elevated near energized overhead lines were not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet (305 cm) was maintained: Location: Building A-2 162-185 Cannongate Road On or about 11/2/17, the employer did not protect an employee performing painting operations from an aerial lift from an electrical shock hazard. The performance of this painting operation brought the employee in contact with a 19,900 volt phase to ground overhead power line.
