29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: (a) SERVICE GARAGE - The employer did not ensure that employees who performed vehicle services had been trained to secure the vehicles from unwanted movement during the servicing activities, on or about October 31, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
