29 CFR 1926.350(a)(11): Cylinders were not stored in definitely assigned storage places where the cylinders would not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: a) Jobsite: Top floor & 1st floor: The employer did not ensure that compressed gas cylinders (Oxygen and Acetylene) were stored in assigned locations to protect them from being knocked over, struck or damaged by passing or falling objects such as, but not limited to building materials handled during construction activities at the worksite. Condition was observed on or about 19 OCT 2017 and 3 NOV 2017.
