29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: a) Construction site: On or about October 6, 2017, and at times prior, at 1679 Scenic Highway Snellville, GA 30078, employees engaged in framing work used a nail gun to place trusses on the roof, while not wearing eye protection exposed were to struck by flying particles.
