29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer shall make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure, and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who have had an exposure incident: A) Uni-Grip, Inc., located at 9823 State Highway 53 North, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351: On or about September 21, 2017, the employer did not make available the Hepatitis B vaccination and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to employees who were exposed to blood-borne hazards while they cleaned the hole puncher machine and the area where one employee suffered partial amputation of the pinky finger on the right hand.
