29 CFR 1926.851(b): All stairs, passageways, ladders and incidental equipment thereto, which are covered by this section, were not periodically inspected and maintained in a clean and safe condition: On or about September 17, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when accessing the landings of a building from a stairway that lacked a stair rail and had an overhead duct obstruction. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
