29 CFR 1926.1101(l)(2): Asbestos waste, scrap, debris, bags, containers, equipment, and contaminated clothing consigned for disposal was not collected and disposed of in sealed, labeled, impermeable bags or other closed, labeled, impermeable containers: On or about September 7, 2017, employees of Aloha Construction, Inc. were exposed to asbestos while cleaning up dust, waste, and debris into a loosely-tarped trailer(Class IV asbestos work) that resulted from removal of asbestos-containing roofing material and the employer did not ensure waste, scraps, debris and other material was collected and disposed of in sealed or closed labeled containers.
