29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: 1.) Water house area - On or about August 28, 2017, an authorized employee (a Lead) was required to remove a jam of the plastic tray(s) from the Collussi No. 1 and No. 2 machines. The authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. 2.) Water house area - On or about August 28, 2017, authorized employees (janitors) were required to remove debris from the out board trays and other areas of the Collussi No. 1 and No. 2 machines. The authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, methods and means necessary for energy isolation.
