29 CFR 1910.145(f)(4)(v): All employees shall be informed as to the meaning of the various tags used throughout the workplace and what special precautions are necessary. A Feed Mill CDL driver was exposed to an amputation hazard on or about August 16, 2017, when Tyson Foods, Inc. failed to inform the Feed Mill CDL driver of the meaning of the warning sticker located above the inspection hatch on the MEGA FLOW PRO Auger, serial number 858
