29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: Storm Drain: On or about August 17, 2017, the employer did not instruct employees in the recognition of unsafe conditions and/or how to eliminate any fall hazards when using a ladder. This condition exposed employee to a fall hazard.
