29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact was at least 10 feet from any unguarded, energized overhead line: On or about at 8/15/2017, at the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while working from a 20-foot metal A-frame ladder and using a Stihl, Model HLA 85 metal-telescoping hedge trimmer that placed the employee's tool within 10 feet of a 7620 Volts overhead power line during tree trimming operations.
