29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Unity Southern Environmental, Inc., Service garage east side exit: On or about 08/11/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to entrapment hazards, in that exit doors located in the service garage were obstructed by 50-gallon drums of anti-freeze blocking the exit. (b) Unity Southern Environmental, Inc., Roll-off service and painting garage rear exit: On or about 08/11/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to entrapment hazards, in that exit doors located in the painting area were obstructed by painting supplies and roll-off rollers.
