29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(ii): Inspection and testing procedures shall follow recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. a) On or about August 9, 2017 employer did not inspect the back pressure regulator valve rated at 150 psi to be functional due to an electrical problem in which the valve was not connected resulting into the release of ammonia at the water chiller unit. .
