29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(viii)(A): The safety platform was not firmly secured to the lifting carriage and/or forks: a) At 7901 Vaughn Road, Montgomery, Alabama, Alabama: On or about August 9, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use a platform resting on the forks of the Lull and the platform was not secured to the Lull exposing the employer to a fall hazard of up to 21 feet to the ground below.
