29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(ii): The personal fall arrest system did not limit the maximum arresting force on an employee to 1,800 pounds (8 kN) when used with a body harness. On or about 8/3/17 on the roof area south end of the building located at 400 Roy Hoppy Hopkins Drive, Vivian, LA; the employer allowed an employee to work on the flat roof and the employee's personal fall arrest system did not have an energy absorbing component built-in.
