29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about August 3, 2017, and in times prior thereto, the area in front of Panels D and D2, located in the small mixer area and disconnect 1 in the outside air compressor area were used for storage. This condition created an electrical hazard to workers at the establishment.
