29 CFR 1926.451(f)(1): Scaffold and/or scaffold components were loaded in excess of their maximum intended loads or rated capacities, whichever was less: 1) Third Floor, West side of the building: On or about July 5, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while lowering a 1,100 pound metal panel sign from the 3rd floor to the parking deck, in that the rated capacity of the Bisomac (model # BISOMAC210-1000) hoist was exceeded.
