29 CFR 1926.451(f)(13): Debris was allowed to accumulate on scaffold platforms: (a) Date of Violation: On or about 07-06-2017 and times prior thereto, located at NAS Oceana - Dam Neck Annex 352 Bullpup Street. Virginia Beach, VA 23461, Condition: Employee(s) were exposed to excess debris that accumulated on and about the walking and working surfaces of the scaffolding platforms. Building materials, medium and small sized loose concrete debris/rocks/gravel, loose lumbar, and excess scaffolding parts was found about the entire platform. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
