29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) On or about June 17, 2017, at a jobsite located at 7950 Ohio Drive, Plano, TX, employees using a 2-inch hose to pump concrete into the holes of a concrete wall while working from a pump jack scaffold that was not provided with guardrails were exposed to a fall hazard.
